For the first time a cadastral estimation of agricultural soils of Primorski Krai is executed on the basis of the analysis of the big file of the stable parameters influencing fertility of soil (depth of arable horizon, the contents of humus and physical clay, a level of acidity, etc.) and the natural factors determining productivity of cultures.. It allows to develop really market relations in land tenure.
