Flowage has been studied for its effect on the dependence of intensity of oxygen uptake by rheophil larvae Megarcys ochracea Klap. (Plecoptera) on its content in water. Intensity of oxygen uptake by larvae eith its different content in water has been measured under conditions of flow and without it.
