The paper continues a series of publications devoted to the new finds of macrofungi (ascomycetes, basidiomycetes) in regions of the Russian Far East. A total of 53 species of macromycetes are reported for the first time from 6 administrative units of the Russian Far East: Amur Oblast, Jewish Autonomous Oblast, Magadan Oblast, Khabarovsk Krai, Primorskiy 2 Krai and Sakhalin Oblast. For some of the rare species, notes are given about the features of distribution and ecology. The identification of Pluteus hibbettii, Rhizopogon laricinus species is confirmed by molecular genetic data. The material is deposited in ABGI, LE F, MAG, SVER, TOB, VLA herbaria. 11 species are reported as the first records for the Russian Far East.
