The aerial part of Lespedeza tomentosa (Thunb.) Maxim. growing in southern Primorsky Krai, Russian Federation, yielded 10 identified flavonoid glycosides, eight of which were observed for the first time in this plant. The structures of the two new compounds were elucidated based on NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry as morin 3-O-rutinoside and 3-O-(2-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl)-beta-D-galactopyranoside.
