Preliminary data on the biodiversity of cyanobacteria of a unique natural object - the underwater cave Sakaska, located in the southwest of the Republic of Bashkortostan, were obtained. 14 species of cyanobacteria in the soil sample from the bottom of the cave pond were identified. 78.5% of cyanobacteria were represented by filamentous non-heterocyst species, among which species of the genus Leptolyngbia Anagnostidis & Komárek and Pseudanabaena Lauterborn were dominated. The color of trichomes of the most species was gray, light gray, or light blue-green. 64% of species of cyanobacteria had a tri259 Цианопрокариоты/цианобактерии: систематика, экология, распространение chomes narrow than 1.5 μm. The most frequent species were Nostoc сf. punctiforme Hariot and Leptolyngbya foveolarum (Gomont) Anagnostidis & Komárek. Associated photosynthetic microorganisms are represented by 7 species of unicellular green and one species of diatom algae.
