New data on morphology of glochidia of freshwater anodontine bivalvia Cristaria tuberculata Schumacher, 1817 from the Khanka Lake, Russian Far East are obtained with scanning electron micros- copy. Ultra-sculpture of the outer valve is described and compared with the data on glochidia of Cristaria plicata (Leach, 1815) from the Dongting Lake, Hunan Province, China. Glochidia of the compared species have the same size differing by the bigger hook in C. tuberculata. In both species, external micrisculpture is intermediate between the tight-looped and vermiculate.
