In the monograph the ecological condition of components of representative natural and technogenic soil catenas of the territory of southwest part of Primorye is characterized. The main attention is paid to physical and chemical properties of material of technogenic superficial formations, and also the soils developed in natural and the technogenic tranformed landscapes of areas of coal mining with closed and opened ways. Results of scientific work are addressed to a wide range of the experts dealing with issues of geography, biogeochemistry, chemistry and ecology of soils; can be applied in education at training of specialists of soil scientists and ecologists.
