Three famales of the heligmosomid nematode, Heligmosomum (Paraheligmosomum) sp.from wood lemming, Myopus schisticilor ( Microtinae: Rodentia) collected in Sakhalin, Russia, are reported on. It seems to be the first report og heligmosomid occuring in Myopus schisticilor. Positive indentification is impossible, because the specimens obtained were all female.
