Studies of fungi were carried out in “Bastak” state natural reserve located in the Jewish Autonomous Region. 154 species of aphyllophoraceous fungi are recorded. 38 species of them have medicinal properties. Information about 8 species of them (Schizophyllum commune, Trametes versicolor, Ganoderma lucidum, Laetiporus sulphureus, Inonotus obliquus and some others) is most complete and there are some successful results of their application. Many medicinal species of fungi identified in the reserve, can be found throughout the Jewish AO.
