Tuber indicum is a rare forest mushroom with high ecological, nutritional and economic value. The discovery and harvesting of Tuber indicum in northeast China have increased farmers' incomes, but has also damaged the environment and biological resources. In our work, we propose to rationally use and protect the natural gene pool of rare mushrooms, and we consider it advisable to breed them artificially.
