Descriptions and keys are provided for the four species of Annulohypoxylon and 18 species of Hypoxylon now known from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in the eastern United States. Eighteen of these are new recotds for the Park. H. cf. fendleri is found in USA for the first time.
