A new species, Borboropactus semenchenkoi sp. n. is described based on the holotype male from Malaysia (Borneo). The new species is similar to the Asian B. bituberculatus Simon, 1884 and B. cinerascens (Doleschall, 1859) but differs from both by the shape of the male palp. The distribution map of all species of the genus Borboropactus Simon, 1884 is also given.
