Nipponodipogon indicus Loktionov, sp. n. is described and illustrated from the Province of Arunachal Pradesh. New species is closely related to N. iwatai (Ishikawa, 1965), but differs from it mainly by a shape of the head and the mesosoma. The genus Nipponodipogon Ishikawa, 1965 is newly recorded from India.
