A new synonymy is proposed for Hedychridium rossicum Gussakovskij, 1948 = H. valesiense Linsenmaier, 1959, syn. n. The lectotype of H. rossicum is designated. Key words: Hymenoptera, cuckoo wasps, new synonymy, lectotype, Palaearctic region.
