Disease of vegetable pepper caused by isometric virus with virions 30±3 nm diameter is revealed. The TIP of isolate understudy in a datura sap of has made 75-80°C; the L1V at temperature 25°C-3 day, DEP of infected datura sap -10-3-10-1It is established, that the structure of a capsid of a virus includes 2 type of protein with molecular mass 55 and 12.6 kD. Distant antigenic affinity was revealed with tobacco ring spot virus from Nepovirus genus.
