In Trigonella foenum-graecum L. the disease caused by a virus with isometric particles of 29 nm in diameter is revealed. TIP has made 55N, DEP - 10 -3-10 -4, LIV- 4-5 days. Ratio À 260/À 280 compounded 1.7 and 1.3 dependence on time of purification. A capsicl protein from MW 54,5 kD break-up products from MW were 36, 26, 16,6 and 13 kD. Pathogen was identified as a tobacco ring spot virus.
