The data of a long-term study of viruses and strains affected the soybean on the Far East are cited. It is shown that contamination of soybean crops by virus diseases achieves 70-90%. The most widespread virus is the soybean mosaic virus represented by a number of slightly and moderately pathogenic strains. It is confirmed that at collection soybean nurseries there are a number of others viruses identified earlier (viruses of cucumber mosaic, yellow and kidney bean mosaic, alfalfa mosaic). Three new viruses are revealed and their preliminary identification is carried out.
