The new amphipod species, Pseudocrangonyx korkishkoorum, collected from subterranean waters of the Kedrovaya River (The Kedrovaya Pad' Reserve, Primorye Krai, Russia) is described. The new species is distinguished from the known species of the genus Pseudocrangonyx in the setation of the mandible palp (joins 2 and 3), the third joint of mandible being broad and longer than the first and second joints taken together. The terminal joint of uropod III as long as the basal one, the ramus is about 4.33 times as long as peduncle. The affinity of Pseudocrangonyx korkishkoorum to congeners is discussed.
