The elemental composition of plant raw materials of Lespedeza juncea and L. bicolor species was studied. L. juncea raw materials contained 11-12 elements, L. bicolor raw materials contained 12-13 elements, depending on the area of growth, of which 8 were essential, 3 were conditionally essential, and 2 were toxic. For most elements, both species showed moderate accumulation and strong capture properties throughout their range, maintaining stable concentrations of Cu, Cr, Ni, and Zn for L. juncea and Cu, Sr, Ni, and Zn for L. bicolor. Foliar absorption of Co was noted for both species. Regional features included the average capture of Hg in both species in the Khabarovsk Krai and the average capture of As in L. bicolorr in the Republic of Buryatia.
