In order to identify the infection with trematodes (Trematoda) of the Planorbidae pulmonate mollusks ( Gyraulus centrifugops , Helicorbis sujfunensis , and Polypylis semiglobosa ) most common in the South of the Russian Far East and to determine the species composition of the trematodes circulating with their participation 4231 gastropods were dissected, of which 301 were infected with trematode parthenitis in during 2015-2024. The results of the shellfish examination showed the highest fluke infestation in G. centrifugops (9,2%) and P. semiglobosa (8,5%), and the lowest - in H. sujfunensis (5,9%). At the same time the infection rate of the studied planorbid species with trematodes varies depending on the locality. The study of the species composition of trematodes developing with the participation of mollusks from the family Planorbidae allowed us to establish the circulation in the Russian Far East of Neodiplostomum cf. seoulense , Echinostoma cinetorchis , and Trichobilharzia spp. known as human parasites as well as Neodiplostomum oriolinum and Echinostoma miyagawai , which are potentially dangerous to humans.
