Новосибирск) Year: 2023 Pages: 660-663Quantitative distribution of cultured aerobic Fe-and Mn-oxidizing bacteria in Fe-Mn nodules different sizes of Gleyic Luvisols, which were formed in the territory not influenced of direct anthropogenic impact, have been analyzed. The main quantity of aerobic bacteria cultivated from nodules (external and internal zones) is represented by Mn-oxidizing bacteria (the highest quantity was found in the 2–3 mm size fraction). Cultivated aerobic Fe-oxidizing bacteria were isolated only from the external zone of small Fe-Mn nodules formed in the upper part of the soil profile.
