The article represents a description of original material of the name Krascheninikovia rigida Kom. (= Pseudostellaria rigida (Kom.) Pax), which is absent from the «Catalogue of the type specimens of the vascular plants from Siberia and the Russian Far East kept in the Herbarium of the Komarov Botanical Institute (LE)». The second-step lectotype of the name Krascheninikovia rigida is designated.
