Over the past decade, a significant spread of the invasive leaf beetle Paridea angulicollis (Motschulsky, 1854) to the north of the Primorsky Territory of Russia has been noted. Information on the distribution of the leaf beetle in Russia is summarized and assumptions are made about the factors that ensure the active distribution of this species in the Primorsky Territory.
