The first data of microbial communities associated with the digestive tract of larvae of dunlin Zophobas atratus (Fabricius, 1775) (Coleoptera: Tenebrionidae) on an artificial fungal diet are presented. A comparative analysis of isolated pure cultures of microbial isolates different in their morphological, cultural and tinctorial properties from Z. atratus larvae microbial communities of digestive tract and substrate their habitat was completed.
