An annotated list of 44 species from 11 genera of the families Tipulidae, Limoniidae, Pediciidae and Cylindrotomidae, firstly recorded from the Muravyov-Amursky Peninsula and islands of the Peter the Great Bay, is given. Of them, Nephrotoma neoprtensis Alexander, 1921 and Tipula hebeiensis Yang et Yang, 1995 are recorded from Russia for the 164 first time and Tipula variicornis variicornis Schummel, 1833 is new for the fauna of Primorsky Krai. As a result, now the craneflies fauna of the Muravyov-Amursky Peninsula and adjacent islands consists of 135 species from 56 genera, nine subfamilies and four families.
