Nineteen species of Neuroptera and one of Raphidioptera are reported from the Chuvash Republic in European Russia; three of these are new for this territory (asterisked in the text). The Neuroptera fauna of the Chuvash Republic now contains 29 species. It was noted that the relatively hygrophilous species Chrysotropia ciliata (Wesmael, 1841) was trapped by crown fermental traps more often than other chrysopid species, and the more xerophilous species Apertochrysa prasina (Burmeister, 1839) dominating in trap samples from the more southern areas of the Volga Region occurs relatively rarely.
