The article presents the materials of Trichoptera (Insecta: Trichoptera) collections carried out in the period from 2012 to 2021 within the framework of five Far Eastern Hydrobiological Expeditions to the Middle Amur Region. As a result of regular studies covering different types of streams, rivers and standing reservoirs of the Bastak Nature Reserve, as well as adjacent territories and surroundings of the Birobidzhan City, 148 species of caddisflies from 54 genera and 21 families were identified. 34 species are recorded as new to the Trichoptera fauna of the Jewish Autonomous Region.
