The data on the State Nature Reserve Bastak mayfly fauna and the Birobidzhan vicinity are presented based on collections obtained in 2018 and 2021. The faunistic list of mayflies includes 37 species and forms from 20 genera and 12 families, which is about 40% of the species richness of the entire Jewish Autonomous Region. The species composition of the Nature Reserve has been increased by seven species. In addition, the species Cinygmula levanidovae , Iron alexandri , Siphlonurus zhelochovtsevi and Caenis lactea are indicated for the first time in the Jewish Autonomous Region. According to the habitat classification, mayflies of studied areas belong to nine ecological complexes. The most species inhabiting both rithral and potamal zones consist of 40 %. Inhabitants of rithral make up 36 %, and potamal - 24 % of the total number of species.
