Sixty-one species in six families of the order Orthoptera are discovered in the vicinity of Anisimovka station (Livadiisky Ridge and the Suchodol River valley). This local fauna is comparable with well studied faunas of the natural reserves situated in the south part of Primorkii krai by the number of species (57-64) and taxonomic composition (prevalence of grasshoppers, katydids and crickets). The highest diversity of species and the maximum total number of individuals of Orthoptera in the vicinity of Anisimovka are observed in the cedar-broadleaf forests and broadleaf forests at elevations of 200-500 m above sea level.
