We studied the interaction of Yersinia pseudotuberculosis with a cell culture of terrestrial plants Panax ginseng C.A. Mey using scanning electron microscopy in dynamics of 3 and 10 days at a temperature of 25°C. The results indicate that under these conditions in the control the ginseng calli grew intensively. The growth of ginseng cells stopped upon contact with bacteria and they acquired a gray color. However, the microorganisms remained viable and formed biofilms on P. ginseng C.A. Mey.
