Data on mayflies' fauna of the watercourses of the Anyui River Basin and the State Nature National Park «Amurskiy» are given. The list of mayfly included 47 species belonging to 9 families and 21 genera. The families of Heptageniidae (15 species), Ephemerellidae (13) and Baetidae (8 species) are the most abundant in a species relation. The families Ephemeridae consists of three species, Siphlonuridae, Ameletidae, and Leptophlebiidae, two, and Potamanthidae and Isonychiidae by one species. Biogeographically, in the watercourses studied, the species with the Eastern Palearctic areals prevail over species with the Transpalaearctic and Palearchaearctic areals (61% vs. 21% and 17%, respectively). According to the ecological classification, the species that inhabit both the ritral and potamal (24 species or 52%) are the most diverse in the waterways of the Anyui River Basin. Ritral inhabitants make up 40% (19 species) of the total number of species. Two species are attributed to the inhabitants of the potamal (8%) - this is Ephemera shengmi Hsu, 1937 and Potamanthus luteus oriens Bae & McCafferty, 1991 .
