Nipponodipogon gusenleitnerorum Loktionov et Lelej sp. n. is described and illustrated from Northern Laos (Phongsaly Province). The genus Nipponodipogon Ishikawa, 1965 and N. shimizui Loktionov, Lelej et Xu, 2017 are newly recorded from Laos.
