REGENERATION POTENTIAL IN VITRO OF SOYBEAN VARIETIES IN AGROBACTERIAL TRANSFORMATION

The results of the regeneration potential in vitro on the agrobacterial transformation of soybean varieties are presented. One of the most important conditions for the agrobacterial transformation is high capacity to regenerate developed shoots from cultivated tissue, which is strongly dependent on the genotype of culture, type of explant and a number of other factors. Soybean is a culture that is difficult to transform because of a significant reduction in regeneration capacity after inoculation with agrobacteria.
