A small Lisiy (Fox) Island has an 0.55 sq. km. area. On this Island we recorded 286 species of vascular plants belonging to 212 genuses and 84 families. Leading families: Asteraceae - 38 species, Rosaceae - 18, Caryophyllaceae - 16, Fabaceae - 14, Poaceae - 10, Lamiaceae - 10, Ranunculaceae - 10 species. A significant part of the Lisiy Island (60 %) covered with dense deciduous forest. Trees and shrubs 45 species, woody vines - 4 species, herbaceous plants - 222. There are 7 species of rare plants are in the Red Book of Primorsky Territory: Polypodim vulgare, Juniperus rigida, Kalopanax septemlobus, Lilium cernuum, Cypripedium macranthon, Liparis japonica, Paeonia obovata. This is a fairly high species diversity.
