Fossil pollen of pines from bottom sediments of the Sea of Japan is studied. 8 types of pollen grains with anomalies in a morphological structure are allocated. Change of maintenance of the allocated types for the last 13 thousand years is tracked. The interrelation of influence of climatic conditions (cold snap) on emergence of morphological anomalies of fossil pollen of pines is established. Increase in amount of abnormal pollen in the lower part of a section demonstrates development of pines in a frigid climate of a late pleistocene (11 000 - 10 300 л.н.), on a mark of 300 cm - about a cold snap on border of the Atlantic and subboreal phases of the Holocene (4 900 л.н.), on a mark of 60 cm - about a cold snap in a subatlantika (about 1 800 л.н.).
