Data on the chironomid fauna of the Bolonsky Nature Reserve in the form of an annotated list of species based on the study of the imaginal material are presented. The rivers and reservoirs of the Nature Reserve support 87 species, of which 2 species (2 genera) belong to the subfamily Tanypodinae, 1 species to the Prodiamesinae, 31 species (15 genera) to the Orthocladiinae, and 53 species (25 genera) to the subfamily Chironominae. Heterotrissocladius simmiensis sp.n. is described as a new for science, and three species (including the genus Kloosia Reiss) are recorded for the first time from Khabarovsk Territory. Propsilocerus amurensis Makarchenko et Makarchenko is known only in Bolonsky Nature Reserve and appears to be subendemic of this region. Most determined species (40, i.e. 55 %) have a Palaearctic distribution and 33 species (45 %) are Holarctic areal.
