Информация о достижении

В результате таксономических ревизий амфибиотических насекомых Восточной Азии (российского Дальнего Востока, Китая, Кореи) описаны 18 новых для науки видов поденок, веснянок и хирономид,

Из них для 6 видов прослежено развитие от личинки до имаго и выполнено описание преимагинальных стадий развития. Переописано 6 редких видов водных насекомых. Для 5 видов хирономид одновременно с анализом морфологических признаков имаго, куколок и личинок проведено секвенирование ДНК фрагмента гена COI и показана видоспецифичность нуклеотидных последовательностей, что позволило использовать их в качестве надежных признаков при идентификации вида на разных стадиях метаморфоза. У исследованных беспозвоночных выявлены новые диагностические признаки, приведены данные по биологии и распространению видов.
