A new species of Medetera Fischer von Waldheim, 1819 (Diptera: Dolichopodidae) from Iran

Medetera anjudanica sp. n. from Iran is described and illustrated. The new species is close to M. glaucelloides Naglis, 2013 described from Turkey, differing mainly in morphology of male genitalia.
