Two new species of the genus Sphenoptera Dejean, 1833, subgenus Deudora Jakovlev, 1899 (Coleoptera: Buprestidae) from Armenia and Iran

Sphenoptera (Deudora) volkovitshi sp. n. from Armenia and Iran and S. (D.) korotyaevi sp. n from southern provinces of Iran are described, illustrated and compared with related species. The species S. (D.) inculta Obenberger, 1929 is reported from Semnan Province of Iran and from Turkey for the first time.
