As a result of field research of 1996-2012 in the northern and middle taiga of European Russia, 15 lichen-feathermoss (foxberry, bearberry, and crowberry) and 6 feathermoss (whortleberry) Scots pine forest syntaxa, including 7 associations with 5 subassociations and 7 variants, are distinguished following the dominant-floristic approach to vegetation. The geographical ranges of the syntaxa are analyzed together with their bedrock requirements.
