Plant communities and aggregations, vegetation micro-, meso- and macrocomplexes has been classified and described for the state nature reserve “Bureinskiy” (the Amur River region, the Russian Far East). The concept of the life form of vegetation, which is closely connected with the ecologic-physiognomic and the ecologic-phytocenological approaches, is used as a general basis for classification.
