The natural flora of the Far East of Russia covers 4479 species from 999 genera and 181 families of vascular plants. The complex of indigenous species consists of 3803 species from 798 genera and 172 families. Alien species plant complex in Far East of Russia flora includes 676 species from 348 genera and 69 families. The families Asteraceae (123 species, 18.2%), Poaceae (114, 16.9%), Brassicaceae (62, 9.2%), Fabaceae (42, 6.2%), Rosaceae (32, 4.7%), Lamiaceae (29, 4.3%), Scrophulariaceae (26, 3.9%), Caryophyllaceae (23, 3.4%), Chenopodiaceae (19, 2.8%) and Polygonaceae (18, 2.7%) take up leading position in the taxonomical spectrum structure of main families for alien species complex of the Far East of Russia natural flora. Potentilla (17, 2.5%), Veronica (12, 1.8%), Amaranthus, Trifolium (11, 1.6%), Bromus, Chenopodium, Lepidium, Taraxacum (8, 1.2%), Plantago and Vicia (7, 1%) take up the leading position in the taxonomical spectrum structure of main genera. 9 families (Malvaceae, Amaryllidaceae, Elaeagnaceae, Capparaceae, Hydrophyllaceae, Phytolaccaceae, Verbenaceae, Resedaceae, Zygophyllaceae) and 201 genera on the Far East of Russia are presented by alien plants only. On a basis of taxonomical analysis it is established two types of taxonomical spectrum structure and four types of genera spectrum structure of alien species complex which separate areas of Far East of Russia and its groups are correspond to. The level of the strongest floristic connections varies from 31% to 50%. Alien species complex of natural flora of Far East of Russia have certain internal structural integrity and constancy that is expressed as availability of regional and subregional features of generality and specificity in taxonomical structure of this complex and also in general character and some peculiarities of geographical variability of its taxonomical structure.
