The natural flora of the Far Eastern part of Russian sector of Amur River basin covers 2706 species from 801 genera and 160 families. The portion of 10 largest families of this natural flora varies from 59% in Dahurian floristic district to 53.8% in Ussurian floristic district. The adventive index varies from 9.8% to 17.8% (Dahurian → Ussirian floristic districts). The leading positions in taxonomical structure of the natural flora and its indigenous species complex belong to genera Carex (156 and 154 species accordingly), Artemisia (44 - 40) and Viola (39-37) (first triad). The indigenous species complex of natural flora of the Far Eastern part of Russian sector of Amur River basin consists of 2273 species from 661 genera and 154 families. The typical feature of "Amur flora", showing in higher role of family Polygonaceae in taxonomical spectra structure of this natural flora, is found on analysis of data on taxonomical spectra structure of its indigenous species complex for separate territories (floristic regions) of this flora too. The largest similarity of taxonomical spectra structure for 10 leading families are revealed in floras of Nizhne-Zejsky, Burejinsky, Amgunsky and Ussurian floristic districts (on level of similarity coefficient K = 0.98), but Burejinsky floristic district has got leading position according to number of his strongest connections. The adventive species complex of natural flora of the Far Eastern part of Russian sector of Amur River basin includes of 443 species from 251 genera and 57 families, but 7 families (Amaranthaceae, Elaeagnaceae, Hydrophyllaceae, Malvaceae, Moraceae, Resedaceae, Verbenaceae) from them are presented here by adventive (alien) species only.
