The types of modern forest forming processes in the primary sites

Determination of the conception of «forest forming process» (FFP) as well as arguments and principles of classification of the FFP are given. The class of the FFP in the primary sites is characterized. The class is divided in two subclasses: l) FFP in the sites with an active dynamics and 2) FFP in the sites with stabilized conditions. Four groups of types and six types of FFP in the primary sites are determined for the Russian Far East.
