The work provides an annotated list of 324 species of vascular plants of the flora of the Olyutorsky Peninsula, belonging to 158 genera and 56 families. The Olyutorsky Peninsula is located in the east of the mainland of the Kamchatka Territory, separating the Bering Sea from the Olyutorsky Bay. Field research was carried out in 2022–2023 as part of a field team of the V. L. Komarov Botanical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences under the leadership of V.Y. Neshataeva. Vegetation is represented by a set of communities typical for the Subarctic: coastal marshes, meadows and swamps, thickets of alder and dwarf cedar, shrub and shrub willows, nival lawns, shikshovniks and various variants of mountain tundra.
