The flora of the ancient shield volcano Mount Nikolka (1591 m), located in Central Kamchatka, in the zone dominated by coniferous forests, was studied along the entire altitudinal profile. The annotated list includes 315 species and subspecies of vascular plants, represented by 170 genera and 53 families. Anemone udensis, a relict species preserved in Kamchatka only here and characteristic of the continental mountainous territories of the south of the Russian Far East, was noted.
