Contributions to the halictid fauna of the Eastern Palaearctic Region: subfamily Nomiinae (Hymenoptera: Halictidae).
Number: 154, Pages: 1 - 16
A total of nine species of the subfamily were found in the Eastern Palaearctic Region: Lipotriches fruhstorferi (Pérez), L. esakii (Hirashima), L. yasumatsui (Hirashima) (with two subspecies), Nomia chalybeata Smith, N. punctulata Dalla Torre, Nomiapis diversipes (Latreille), N. femoralis (Pallas), N. fugax (Morawitz), and N. mandschurica (Hedicke). A key to all of them is given. An annotated list of the species includes data for each of species on its synonymy, general geographical distribution, published records from the Eastern Palaearctic Region, and the material examined. The lectotypes of two nominal species are designated: Andrena brevitarsis Eversmann, 1852 and Nomia fugax Morawitz, 1877. Lipotriches fruhstorferi, Nomiapis diversipes, N. femoralis, and N. mandschurica are recorded for the first from Mongolia; Lipotriches esakii and L. yasumatsui, from Viet Nam.
